Subscription Terms

Please read these Terms thoroughly and carefully. These explain the terms and conditions which you agree to should you choose to use any of the subscription services we provide. These Terms are incorporated by reference in our Terms and Conditions  and is part of the overall agreement between you, the user of any of our Websites or Apps, and Aiville (us, we).

By choosing to purchase or use any of the services we provide, you agree that you understand and agree to these Terms.

1. Trial Subscriptions

We may offer a paid trial subscription for services provided through the Website and/or any App. Unless you elect to cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged the price indicated on the payment screen for your chosen subscription period and your trial will be converted into a recurring subscription.

2. Subscription Renewal

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (4 weeks, 12 weeks, or otherwise, depending on the option selected by you at the time of purchase) until you choose to cancel.

3. Payment Method

Payment will be charged to the payment method you submitted at the time of purchase at confirmation of purchase. You authorize us to store your payment data to the extent necessary to provide you our services and to automatically charge the applicable fees to the payment method that you submit.

4.Сancellation

If you choose to cancel your trial or subscription, automatic renewal for your membership will be disabled. You will retain access to all subscription-related access and benefits until the next billing date, whereupon your access will conclude.

To cancel your trial or subscription, contact our team at [email protected], indicating that you intend to cancel your trial or subscription.

You will be informed when your trial or subscription is cancelled.

5. Changes

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, we may change subscription fees at any time. We will give you reasonable notice of any such pricing changes by posting the new prices on the Website and/or by sending you an email notification, or in other prominent way. If you do not wish to pay the new fees, you can cancel the applicable subscription prior to the change going into effect.

6. Refunds

These refund rights and conditions are applied in addition to any refunds rights available to you under the applicable laws. In case you are not certain whether you have a right to a refund, do not hesitate to contact our support team at [email protected].

If you made a purchase directly on our website and our Money-back guarantee was presented to you during the checkout process, you are eligible to receive a voluntary refund provided that you contact us within 30 days after your initial purchase and before the end of your first subscription period and that the following conditions are met:

* If you currently have a 1-week plan activated: You have completed at least a 5-day streak using the services.

* If you currently have a 4-week plan activated: You have completed at least a 10-day streak using the services.

* If you currently have a 12-week plan activated: You have completed at least a 14-day streak using the services.

This requirement allows us to prevent transaction laundering, and protect ourselves from spurious refund requests. You may be asked to provide screenshot proof that you have fulfilled the requirements above.

You may also be asked to confirm the reason for your refund request, and we reserve the right to reject refund claims we consider unsuitable.
